I tried to watch something today and to my surprise, all of the Instant queue cover were black. When I  click on one of them, the Xbox hard locks. I tried deleting the Netflix app, and leaving the credentials file, re-downloading and trying again but that didn't work either. I also tried trimming my queue down quite a bit, but that didn't work either.
Anyone else having this same problem?

Hey I work at netflix so I can help Sometimes you may get this error, because it is on our end. We constantly update cover art for things, so they appear well on those with HD TV's. So sometimes when we do a massive cover art replacement, they may appear black. This happens on the webside too. If you can tell me the time you experienced it, it would help me narrow down the problem and try to help you.

Try it again now. I had that problem last night before I went to bed. Then this morning everything was ok when I went back on.

Thanks for the replies. This was around 10:00pm PST I know this because It's Always Sunny, and Tosh.0 were recording and I wanted to watch something else. I can understand the black cover arts being to update, but why would they hard lockup the xbox when trying to select one?

I just now tried, testing IT Crowd series 3 and everything seems to work fine.

Because sometimes when were update our database with artwork, we actually take the items down for a moment for our purposes, its a weird thing I know. But thats what would cause youre issue. The file leads to no where and causes a lock(it's happend to me when we test in our office)But it works best....we have hiccups all the time, we try to keep them at odd times hopefully when many users arent around.....

Hey man. I have no complaints about Netflix. Just like any "communication"ish service, it's bound to hiccup like you said or just be subject to maintinance.

Awesome man! And thanks! I know the team who maintains the system works really hard. LOL, especially the artowrk guys, its tough finding quality jpegs of DVD art to look good on HD tv's....hahhaha

Last night when I went to netflix all I had was the party channel and the instant que one. All the others have dissapeared. Same thing today. Any idea what the problem might be? Thanks in advance.

Same Problem. All I get is party and instant que. Like the old software is running instead of the update.

There is another problem unrelated to netflix that I have been having. I'm going to post about it here and see if anybody has ever heard about it before I go start a new thread about it. Whenever I try to download an episode of the guild they system comes up withe am error message saying that my media usage rights could not be downloaded and gives me the status code 80070005. Anyone else encounter this.

This has happened to me tonight. I signed out and then back again and it wouldn't load at all.

I can't login to Netflix on 360 AT ALL right now.  I just get the Netflix/Xbox Live splash screen and the console loading icon.

The worst thing is there is no apparent way to alert Netflix of the issue.

Same, that's what I'm getting right now too, just the loading screen to netflix.

Last night it would finally load but only show the "Instant Que" and the "Party" options.... Now its just sitting on the loading screen.....
