- i cant seem to get the necessary kills to come in first place.  i've come in first place for all the others.  it seems as though i get increased time for kills at the start of hunt, but eventually i get no kills.  this is really hard and i cant surpass 26 kill count.  pointers? anyone out there can me help please?

-i have a level 59 shepard.  lots of everything maxed.  though i dont have the ability to use weapons very well. not sure what class that is.  i have the backup dancers use powerful snipes with strong bullets. im using the assault rifle with the snow rounds cause it "seems" to be doing the most damage to the geth-bots. 

-oh and i have the game on insane. hmmm, i wonder if thats the issue? i dont wanna change my insane status though cause im trying to get the insane playthrough achievement.  then again, if that was the case, i would'nt have gotten through the others ones in first place.

-how did u get through it? did u snipe? shotgun? good position? so hard.

What difficulty are you playing on.

I got stuck in the exact same area, Volcano+Hunt and count for the life of me get the necessary kills either, always getting to around the 26, 27 kill mark and not being able to find any additional enemies. A step down from Insanity to Veteran got me well above what I needed.

PS. I had a lvl 38 Soldier character, after completing Pinnacle Station. I stuck with Assault throughout that particular simulation casting overkill when ever it was available, running back and forth on ground level, never going up top.

I finished it as a soldier, lvl 59 I think. I think soliders are built for this DLC, they have the most health, and can master In all weapons.

I mainly used an assault rifle

I just checked my character now, he has the HMWA X rifle (master specter gear), with Frictionless Materials X so it hardly overheated so I could continually fire and used Inferno rounds X

I stayed on the ground in the middle for most of it but did ocassionally go up

well, i dont wanna change insane difficulty until i get the achievement. so i will try the assault spectre gear with frictionless, and staying on the ground level, and let u know how it went.

if that dont work, when i start a new game i will drop down to veteran. retarded that i would have to do that, but i guess its a glitch in the game. i wonder if bioware is aware of it.

Why would you have to start a new game just push start>options>change the difficulty, unless this is your insanity play through in which case either keep at it or just leave it for another play through.

eh, i appreciate all the help but i found out how to beat it. should have listened to myself when i initially said to change the options from insane to something less harder. that was the key.

i beat the game on insane and got that achievo, and the level 60 achievo as well. 

started it up again and reduced the options to veteran, and i was taking those guys out like fire on paper. 

I appreciate all the tips, and happy gaming.  This has to be one of the best games i ever played, and i've been gaming since 1986.  cant wait for number 2. 

P.S.  does anyone know the song title, or singer for the ending credits.  that song is awesome, and i wanna listen to it when i go running.  i know jack wall is the song writer for most of the game, but im not sure about the song for the ending credits.

hi, i have a question.......... i bought the add on content pinnacle and the other but it does not work they say i have to achieve spectre first.............but i made spectre already............so i am wondering is there anything i have to do like get promoted higher then a spectre to play the add on content thanks alot
