I'm just wondering how you give someone a wedgie in this game. I'm pretty sure i saw that you need to give 25 for an achievement but i have no idea how to do it.

Just walk up behind someone, hold LT like you would do to initiate a conversation, then press the button that has a picture of a wedgie. Can't quite remember the exact button.

I loved playing around with the administrators. I'd stuff them in lockers, stuff them in trash cans, squeeze their nuts when they tried to grab me, gave them wedgies, etc. Man, I wish I bought this game.

You have to be right up behind them and press "B". Wait until the icon changes from a hand to a pair of underwear. It can be a pain if the guy is moving because it will switch back (or to another character). I've only managed to get 31 but I'm not that far into the game.
