G.R.A.W.2 all the way. G.R.A.W.2 has so much more than any shooter game out there.

#1) 60 maps(small/medium/large) Can you name one modern day(somewhat) military shooter game that has 60(MP) or more maps? I don't know but if anybody does then name it.

#2) About 50+ weapons to choose from. Can you name one modern day(somewhat) military shooter game that has that many weapons or more? Not that there isn't but name one.

#3) Character abilities like standing/crouched/prone leaning left/right. Diving and slightly sliding when running then crouching.

#4) 1-vs-15 or 8-vs-8 in any team mode or 16 in solo(every man for himself). 16 player online Co-op missions.

#5) In-depth ranking.

#6) Wide variety of hosting options.

#7) Weapon load outs in team/solo and Co-op Campaign.

#8) Character appearance/gender/class customization.

#9) Private/Player/Ranked matches

#10) Still has a community after 2.5 yrs. on XBL.

Name one single modern day military shooter game that matches or surpasses all that?

Comparing games is pointless.  Both of them are awesome.

Comparing games, "IS NOT", pointless. It's smart. By comparing games, game developers find out what the other game developer has that works that they don't. They take certain aspects of another game and manipulate the features as not to infringe upon the other game developers original feature. This method works. E.i, Look Sensitivity, CoD 4: MW and OFP: DR has that option but they look different and work different. CoD 4:MW's Look Sensitivity option for individual players is programmed somewhat accurately. OFP: DR has the same feature but isn't because on the highest setting your character is still to slow to look around. E.i., CoD 4: MW has a better graphics engine allowing crisper images but OFP: DR has lighting and texture(just to name 2) bad issues causing everything on the map to appear blurred when far away and no depth to all the foliage. BF: BC has big maps where you can actually run the trees over with a 50+ ton tank but you can't do that in OFP: DR. That's not accurate programming. G.R.A.W.2 allows the players to lean left/right, dive, when running slide into a crouched position, hug walls, blind fire. In OFP: DR you can't lean, blind fire, can't dive, can't hug walls and the list could go on and on. So yes, comparing games is a necessity. When you go to buy a game do you look at the cover and say to yourself, "Oh, this cover looks cool I'll buy it"? Or do you get information about that game first then compare the features you know you like in a game then decide to buy it"? I do the last option. However, I was completely lied to like many others concerning what the game play was like but, "It's not".

#1) There is no free roam
#2) There is no fully destructible environment
#3) The bullet drop is not accurately programmed
#4) The graphics are not even on the same platform as other games that were released 2-3 years ago
#5) The A.I. is not intelligent on any difficulty setting. They actually seem dumber on the hardest setting
#6) There's no option to command an A.I. to use equipment he has but he never will(unless they patch that to)
#7) There's no weapon load outs online/offline
#8) The bullet damage is not accurately programmed on any difficulty setting

I could list many more but I think alot has been discussed already in other forums. It's official, "DO NOT BUY THIS GAME".

Your statements might be true if everyone but advertisers didn't ignore fanboys.  Maybe 5%, MAYBE, comes from jibberish on the internet.  But companies with budgets as big as these games have things called "focus groups", "play-testers", and the like and get their information in controlled, thought-out ways... not from trolls and fanboys.

Well, um, last time I heard Codemasters admitted in a video interview that they got alot of idea's and feed back from forums and gamers. Also you don't know what % comes from where since you don't work in sales for that company. So actually you guessing numbers isn't very smart. As far as internet slang of, "troll", is concerned go here>

Both games are not awesome, OFDR sucks compared to Graw. With the time spent making OFP you would think it woul be much better than it is. Graw has more and better selection of maps and weapons, these games are not even close, Graw is by far the better game.
