Hello Xbox360 Support Team I just called Xbox support 1-800-4my-xbox and spoke with "Ray" who was with accounts and billing. Unfortuantly he could not help me with my problem. And advised that I post here for someone to email me back why my account got suspended. Now I have been with Xbox for over 3 years and have never came across this scenario. I would glady appreciate it if someone could lift my account suspension otherwise I am going to have to close my account. Your gamertag is permamently suspended for illegitimate pre-release play. The suspension will not be lifted.
