I would not make any more punishments.I would just explain to him why he cant play it.but this is just my through.

I would suggest you to explain him why cant he play that game and try to make sure that he understand you well,In case it happen again,warn him the second time and tell him that if he will do it again, you may force to do a deciplinary action once more.

Oh my goodness, just set parental settings on the 360 so your son can't play Mature rated games. I'm not a fan of spanking, there's better alternatives out there in my opinion. <(*-*<)

Further to this keep your gamertag on a memory unit so he can't sign in with your account and play it. Or if you really wanted to get the message across you could put the xbox away under lock and key when you're not around so he can't get to it.

You certainly have a right to dicipline your own child, but if he is mature enough for corporal punishment, he's mature enough for THAT game. If his friends play it, he already knows what's in it. Of course he might turn out to be better than you; that could hurt.

WOW seriously?  First off did the kid know not to play the game? If yes then yep wear his tail out he needs it. This is what is wrong with the above comment. OMG DON't SPANK YOUR KIDS....... Sorry I get beat  when I DESERVED IT...... My mom put the fear of god into me and I became a better person. When I did wrong I got my butt spanked. I am a pro wrestler 3x bigger then my mom........ I take care of my mom now. I am 37 she is 59 and disabled and if I smart off my mom still will smack me.  So don't let these others tell you that you did wrong with a spanking. BUT with that change your settings so that he can't play that again. If you are going to spank you also have to correct the problem for the reason he was spanked for so that it doesn't happen again.
