First of all you need to be on disc 4, and have the nautilus. It's in the middle of the ocean, in the middle of the map. It's a little glowing diamond. You have to dive with the nautilus next to this glowing diamond on the map, and swim toward it and it'll prompt you to enter with the A button. You will also need to be like level 80+ and I would recommend going for all of the other achievements (except treasure trove) before attempting this. It's very hard. Check out my thread in this forum that will help you beat this boss (Foolproof way to beat Killalon).

People who are level 99 have trouble with this boss, so I mean by all means go and have at it if you want, but you likely will fail. The boss is a dude who has over 100000HP and recovers 20000HP every turn. On top of that, by the third turn he will cast Annihilation which will knock out your entire team unless you've cast something like Complete Defense. Go and give it a try if you want, but when you lose go check out my thread or go on youtube and type in 'professor k'. Idk how else to explain where it is though. It's just dead center in the middle of the map. Look for a glowing diamond.
