I have been unable to get on psu online for seven days...I know my guardians license is still good, I've contacted Sega, MS and my isp and none of them can help me so...I'm turning to the players...any ideas on whats going on?

You'll have to describe what's going on exactly, what error are you getting and what is your current network setup?

I can get to the main menu but when i try to connect to PSU online, a message will come up stating that i am unable to connect to the PSU servers. my current DNS settings are 4.2.2.1 and 4.2.2.2

Okay, you get to try pinging too.

Try going into the command prompt (Start, All Programs, Accessories, Command Prompt) and use the following command.

ping 198.176.9.196


That's actually the PSU server, it'll let us know if you can communicate with it as a start.
