I finish a round of Uno (I won), and this other player sends me a message:

"Nice joks that round - four in a row! what luck!"

So I ask what "joks" are, and he replies, "changes in Uno. What luck I have!" Okay.  Hm.  Why are they called "joks?"

I tell him one of my feet is a rabbit's foot, and he replies with "Uno mdr."

What the heck? I never texted in "text talk" to begin with, and, for the most part, you can decipher extreme abbreviated forms of words, but "mdr?"

Is there some dictionary of Uno lingo I need to learn? Anyone else have "interesting" terms/phrases/abbreviations thrown at them?

I still have no idea what he was trying to say.

Hmmm it sounds as though the gamer is accusing you of cheating / modifying your console in order to win at UNO.  The term "mdr" must be short for "modder".  Wow, he actually thinks you went so far as to modify your console to win at UNO of all games.  What's your record by the way?  If it's something normal like 35 - 23 that makes his claim even MORE proposterous.

Ha - I must be an "UNO mdr" then, or maybe I just take note of who has what cards ;)

If someone consistently draws when it comes to a specific color, I make sure to try to play that color as often as possible :)

It's unbelievable how some people take the game seriously.  I've played with some who are so competitive that if they are losing, they leave.  It should be just a relaxing game.  I like your strategy HydroPHILE.  I try to change the colors to see what everyone has.

Yo Hydro we should hit up UNO sometime.  Or you can join my Modern Warfare 2 games if you have that game.  Beastly good times.
