I did NOT get knocked out by the special forces for the entire playthrough and after I beat Brock in Overtime I didn't get the achievement. I did get captured by the cultists in 72-hour mode, so is that why I didn't get it?

Yes.

It's a common misconception but getting knocked out by the cultists in 72 Hour Mode will void the Unbreakable achievement. Most people think since the cultists aren't in Overtime Mode that it won't matter if you get captured by them. Unfortunately it does.

Thanks. I did get he "ture" ending. I didn't think about getting knocked out by the cultists as part of the Unbreakable achievement 'cause you need to get caught by them so you can get the two PP stickers at their hideout.

You can still get Unbreakable if you just go straight to Overtime Mode but most people (including myself) went for it after 72 Hour Mode. If you get the best ending it automatically starts you off in Overtime Mode.
