waht is the name of the boss that i am fighting and how can i defeat him so please help i actually want an answer for this because its really hard ;)

please someone help me im getting aggravated with this and i get pissed when nobody answers my post how do you beat the guy hes really hard and the other guys aren't helping they keep shooting me Spiderman 3 is very hard

That boss took me forever to clear as well.  What I did was eventually figure out a jumping combo that he couldn't block then I finally took him out.  Wish I could figure out what the combo was.  I was more or less just hitting buttons in combos to get it to work.

Most bosses get dropped pretty easily by the jump n pound combo, which is simply jumping above them and smashing the X button in.

here is the  easiest way: what you have to do is get to the top of that shack when you are  supposed to fight him then get real close to the egde without falling off ok the use your web shot to tie the thugs up spin them around and throw them into the water, then once you have thrown ALL of them into water go down and fight the boss trry to use your jump combos as muchs as you can then use your slow mo and you

I build up my combo-meter and then toss the boss into the water.  He dies instantly.

the water is the best way to kill all your enemies, even bosses

I did the same thing this morning. It didn't help that I hadn't played the game in 2 years.
