The new score tracker menu feature...
...is great and all but it sucks that I have to replay all my songs AND get a higher score than I have before (some of those are tough FCs!) in order for it to register the star rating.

Re: The new score tracker menu feature...
my harddrvie got erased so i have to anyways. though i doubt i will ever go back to rb2. the track goes tooo slow, and the hyperspeed is too fast. they need a nice medium.

I concur with Piggy.

Eric, that's why I never went to hyperspeed: I'd become dependent on it Stick out tongue [:P]

i can still do really good without it. but i do amazing with it. My average rank for a GH5 song on expert plus drum is like 30.

And there r many other reasons. Like lack of charting cymbals and second bass pedal. kills the experience for me.

imo, RBs song list is the only thing it has over GH, drum wise

Me likey what Lego RB has done with the menu when looking at songs. It displays the high score next to it, and after a few seconds it fades over to the star rating earned, then goes back to scores.
1000+: 12 games
48 100%/FCs GHWT

The Beatles way is best - it shows stars and scores simultaneously, and even shows a little leaderboard in the corner. It could only be better if it showed your percentage as well.

This is true. That's the one bad thing about making multiple platforms. We COULD have a great game on our hands but they don't always implement the best features from them all and put it towards something pliable (RB3, please?).

Then again, at least I don't have to make daily videos of the GH2 leaderboards anymore.

I like RB's drum charts better, but like you the lack of  double bass just kills it for me. As for star tracking, I just can't be arsed to go back and try to top scores of songs that I fc'd. Sad [:(]

I've been working on passing up a Styx song that I FC'd. Too Much Time On My Hands. I'm ranked 5th on XBL on it. I doubt I'll ever pass that score up. Sad [:(]

That's where Piggy's scores always taunt me too. Just 40,000 off on the first challenge... Angry [:@]

I don't even remember the challenges in Beatles. Maybe I should go back and play that game again. I seriously just had ONE playthrough and never touched it again.
