Hey guys, I was just wondering what you guys thought of this holidays gaming season as far as all these amazing games coming out and having the time to fit all of them in. Will you be holding off on some games? Will you be quitting your job, leaving your girlfriend, and possibly never speaking to your family again to fit in all these games?

I am only asking because I am just kind of overwhelmed. This has happened before around this time of year, but never though of posting a thread about it to hear everyone else opinion.

Hmm.... Nhl 10 and Mw2 is all I'm getting until Christmas and those alone could satisfy me for months... + my backlog including Batman AA, and ODST =/. And then Christmas I'm (hopefully) getting L4D2, Forza 3 and DJ Hero. (Probably not with DJ ahah thats like 200+$ right there)

Im playing DJ Hero, Forza 3, Fallout 3 and i am going to try and finish a few other games that i never finished. Im also getting MW2 and then whatever i get for christmas.

i have a huge list of games to complete and am getting MW2 which will occupy most of my time.

I haven't played anything else than Borderlands, Madden and FIFA 10, and a bit of Forza 3 in the past few weeks. I don't plan on playing anything else until MW2 either.

Dragon Age: Orgins is going to be legend...wait for it....ary

I'm getting Borderlands tomorrow, ModernWarfare2 next week and Left4Dead2 the week after.

I have no idea how I'll find the time since I still have far to go in Fallout3 which I bought a few weeks ago. 

My wife will not be happy.

Luckily my fiances schedule has freed up plenty of my time.  I'm way way behind though already.  Well I never have caught up since like 06.  I plan on finishing Magna Carta 2 and playing as far through Borderlands, and Dragon Age before the end of this month when I will be picking up Left 4 Dead 2. 

Then I hope to get Assassin's Creed 2 for xmas and yeah.  I have no clue, I will probably be gaming well into the new year, when the damn wave of delayed titles comes out.  I might finish them all before next holidays mad rush.

Well, I wasn't sure, thinking of maybe picking up MW2, and getting the GTA DLC sometime soon, but xbox just decided to die again(for the 4th time...I think, I stopped counting). Awesome.

i might finally defect and get a playstation 3, get me boarderlands and modern warfare 2 and some uncharted 2 and im set till mass effect 2 comes out

I will be playing Borderlands, Dragon Age Origins and L4D2 mostly but I'll also sneak in MW2 and maybe Assassin's Creed II.  Depends if I finish one of these games I have alot to catch up on.  There are other games that I want to buy but those will have to wait until I'm done with these and or a price drop.

I'm really looking forward to Christmas as I have for the past couple years at this job because we have a shutdown period of about  a week and a half. So during that time I'll be chillin at home with plenty of gaming to keep me occupied - Borderlands, CoD1, MW2 and Ghey Tony.

I've got a strong feeling that MW2 will take up the majority of that time however.

Gamefly is a saving grace.

Which holiday...Thanksgiving or Christmas?    I'm getting some extra time off for vacation this month and next, so I'll have the time to play.  And since I took advantage of Amazon's "spend $80-get $40 credit" offer, I'm getting Batman and Big Game Hunter '10.  For my free game, I'm breaking down and getting Borderlands, for me and my British friend to co-op in, since he's already playing it and talked me into it.  That, and I owe him a game for us to play.

Why does sitting around make you more tired?

I'm only buying 2 more games for the rest of the year...Modern Warfare 2 and Left 4 Dead 2.  Both will last me for a long time, or until Bioshock 2 comes out  There are a few more games I would like to get but I can wait for a price drop, and I wouldn't have time to play them when I get Modern Warfare 2!
