I have had thi account since i was 16, and i am now over 18 and cant download L4D2, i even made an accont with a 2 day trial and i still cant dowload it, is there any way i can get this short of making and all new account just to download this game

Check the family settings. It might be restricted.

Dude, calm down. If you are over 18 years then you just need to promote your account. If your WLID age is 18 years then go ahead and do it and enjoy the demo.
