Hello Community,
one of my friends got a big problem with his xbox..
The problem is, that he could not connect to xbox live. When he starts to test the connection, the xbox finds the network but doesn't connect to the internet and also not to xbox live..
He got a modem/router by T-online
Router -> wlan-switch -> xbox
-> = cable
we tried already to restart the modem/router and the switch but it didn't work..
I hope u guys got an idea :-)
(when he connect his xbox with my internet it works so its a problem with his internet not with the xbox)
