For those who are not aware: If you bought all 5 DLCs before September 22th you're supposed to receive a mail from microsoft with a code to download the premium theme of the game.

Now, for the question: Is this only valid on American Xbox Live accounts? Because I did bought my DLCs and I never received such code, the only explanation I got from this is that my account is from Xbox Live Mexico, but I don't know about that either. Any ideas?

It's only for US and UK users from what I remember, sorry bro but your out of luck. Try asking around maybe someone still has one, but it is unlikely.
