I'm just doing a copy and paste. A lot of people are having issues connecting to various Sega services, as stated bellow. If you don't mind, I'll be doing a forward of your information if you list them as described. This is to help find the root of the problem, and hopefully will lead to a solution.

Hey everyone,
We're still trying to figure out exactly where the problem is for those
users who are having trouble connecting to SEGA sites as well as PSU.
If you or someone you know is having trouble connecting please post as much of the following as possible:
-Your ISP
-Your region (as specific as possible, we don't need your address but state/area of country would help)
-Everything you're having trouble connecting to
