Sounds to me, the issue is on your ISP or router side. I always have 4 bars, or my HD symbol, so do my fellow Netflix employees. Often time people are qucik to blame us here at netflix, and they can all they want so long as the blame is actually us doing something wrong. But we have strong servers, this is definitely on your end, and your rotuer or ISP. We have few connection hiccups, most of our errors are from missing categories such as 'party' or 'recently viewied' or new tv new film, thats us messing with our code, service issues and lack of connection, thats user end issues....sorry bro, check your router, open that thing up more
