This pop cap is distributed across all of the players in 2v2s to 5v5s, so in large games, you may only be able to deploy 10 or so units. 12. Some units leave behind powerups when destroyed, which can increase unit veterancy, damage, etc...
Oh God this game sounds incredibly stupid. No Tiberium WTF! I don't want anotherer RA3! Don't make the tiberium suck too! Vote to cancel it.
