Steal cop car ? weapons

	If I take a cop car why is there no way to take the shot gun in it or use the siren to pull over people to rob? Would be cool

	GTA is very realistic but the realism is still not fully there. I would also like a pedestrian driving option because im tired of getting chased by cops because they rammed me in the a*s at a light. Chomp, Chomp, Chomp, Chomp, KRUNCH. owww damn key. (pacman)
