I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but I'm going to mention now.
I think the braintrust at Harmonix should revamp their way Multiplayer/Band Quickplay works.
As we all know, there is a generic setlist that WE are all forced to play day after day, session after session, it's sooo damn boring playing the same songs over and over again. The only thing that's different every time is the level of skill your new bandmates pocess.
Sure, we can spend our 160 microsoft points and get OUR favourite songs, but that does us no good, if JoeBlow and MaryJane don't have them, we're still forced to play that same ol setlist again!

My proposal is that Harmonix re-works the Band Quickplay so the "LEADER" is in charge, meaning, what ever his/her song setlist is, i.e. They have "Waking the Demons" by "Bullet For My Valentine" or "The Kill" by 30 Seconds To Mars , then the whole band can play that song without having to go and download it.

Not only will RB be more enjoyable with a lot more variety, but Hell, it might sell more songs from Marketplace because after someone played that certain song in a jam session, they might want it for their own collection.
