Well, I agree it is the bands fault if they didn't read the contract, but the article said that the band only agreed to being in their 3 songs. If that was in the contract, then Activision should be at fault.

They do tend to be long and full of boring and sometimes confusing talk.


No Doubt is probably in the right as there is probably no specific language about it, but there will some broad language in the contract that will exonerate Activision.
