For HALO WARS 2 LIMITED EDITION, I like to have a dvd makin' of the video-game.
Covenant Campaign-mode
1 vs. 1 vs. 1 online-matches (I know, it tends to get crazy if 3 players are enemies_some may to make a pact, 2 vs. 1_or some may just fight on their own) This mode gets huge points, like HALO 3 weekend exp. bonus points!
newer vehicles,
color armies customzation-red,blue,green, black, white, gold, yellow, so on
Movies of the Scarabs, Hawks, Grizzly Tanks, we've seen leaders movie in HALO WARS 1, but now it's the time to show the Units in Movie theater
Newer commands-surrender, accept an alliance (for certain multi-players mode-online, like 1 vs. 1 vs. 1)
New Covenant storyline (same as the Covenant Campaign) mmmm
Recap story details from the 1st HALO WARS include
Earth-map, finally Covenant have come to earth
New spartans ability, like 3 spartans commandeer 1 vehicle, makin' it strong as the anti-Scarab vehicle! But, if it's destory, the other oppentant get hugh BONUS!

There will be no Halo Wars 2.  Ensemble is no longer in business.  I doubt the spinoffs would be creating a new Halo Wars 2 game for Microsoft.  I wish they would, but I'm realistic.

thats only half right. yes the game got a lot of sales just because its halo, but a lot of ppl who dont play the game now left because they probably didnt even know it was a rts or when they got it they got owned because it is a rts. rts games are no where even close to as popular as fps games, which is what h3 is. its ok, im glad they did so bungie can make a number 2.

Oh hell yea, there definitely needs to be a Covie compaign alright, but maybe like a separate, stand-alone campaign to be a little different and give more depth from a Covenant perspective.....maybe be able to play as the Flood, I dunno.  I'd also really like a sort of online conquer/control the world type mode with the whole world stats tracking and everything, whatever else is involved.

Nice, except the last one is a bit to overpowered. - MORE leaders to choose from in halo wars 2 like 8 or 10 (including the old leaders like, forge and arbiter since they are dead). - A mode like your first idea: 1vs1vs1, but then it would have it's own maps where you can't see the place of the enemy base on your map and the bases can spawn on various places (not the exact same 3 base slots).

It's entirely possible that there will be a Halo Wars 2, members of Ensemble formed a new company (Robot uh somethin somethin I forget) and Microsoft owns the namesake. And due to the unbelievable sales, Halo Wars was and still is a Xbox hit.

My ideas are that they should bring in units that had to be scrapped for the sake of time like the rhino.
I also really like that multi-battle idea, but I'd like 2v2v2 so I can play with my Halo Wars friends.
I'd like to see super anti-units so that it would be easier to counter the grizzly.
On 3v3 maps, there should be more infantry cover and more maps for that matter.
A cov. campaign wouldn't be a good idea because in the UNSC campaign, there were super units to help defend against unlimited spawning enemies. Plus, UNSC just kicks way more quantum singularity.
In stead of flamethrowers even though I really like them, they should be replaced with snipers.
And Master Chief should replace Forge or be added to the leader roster. Can you imagine super spartans?
Turrets should cost a little less and people shouldn't be able to do cheap *** like attacking someone's base with 3 armies of vultures just because he had an army of engineers. (Yes, that happened to me.)
And the last thing to change is to take away flight from the prophet because that was seemingly random and it is arguably the biggest bullshit in the game.
