Long story short...... She was suspended for inappropiate language in her bio/profile. She understands what she did wrong. Her suspension was lifted yesterday. After school yesterday, she signed on for a few minutes. She swears that ALL bad language is no longer on her profile. Today she comes home from school and she is suspended again. Can you please let me know WHAT she did wrong to get suspended? An email was supposed to be sent explaining that, but we did not get an email, nor could customer service figure out HOW to get us that email. The way I see it is there has been a mistake OR she is lying and there still is questionable content on her profile. Her Gamertag is NICOLEEE125. I would rather her gamertag NOT be broadcast on this forum as she is only 12 years old. If you can email me directly at [Mod Removed] that would be great. You gave much more personal info other than her gamertag. You will need to be patient for an "official" response.

I am just guessing since I dont work for MS, but it sounds like she got suspended a second time for a second infraction. Chances are it happened in the past and is just now catching up to her. She then edited her profile at some point and either kept the bad thing in or had something else bad put in. Then she got suspended for the first infraction, and now she is suspended for the second. Its kinda odd, but that is how MS handles it. The good news is that she is prolly telling you the truth about the bad thing being gone now. I am pretty sure MS removes the questionable content when they issue the penalty.

Thanks Mike. Hopefully that is the reason and not a mistake, because according to the Microsoft people, the suspensions are done automatically by a computer and cannot be changed. I don't pay for her to NOT be able to play online because of mistakes made by Microsoft.

Dear Mods, I don't mean to harass you guys. I understand there is a lot going on with people getting their systems banned coupled with a few HUGE releases. But can someone please just answer my question that I posted FIVE days ago?
