It's a long list of songs to unlock these four secret achievements in Rock Band 2, and I know how to unlock them. The thing is, whenever I attempt to get them, I'm always interrupted and have to start over from the beginning of the setlist.

I'm gonna try and get these without playing on Xbox LIVE, on Expert Vocals.

What can I do to come best prepared for these achievements?

If you are going for bladder of steel - complete endless setlist 2 with no pausing in anyway, I would recommend playing offline and on medium vocals to make sure nothing goes awry. I did get to painkiller (tghe last song) and had 5 starred it before I got the 'disc is unreadable' message. After 7 hours I lost the will to try it ever again

Well my best advise for doing the endless setlist is wake up early to start it.  When I did it I got up at 3 in the morning on the weekend, that way you avoid phone calls and/or people at the door.
