Who would I contact to report someone who is playing MW2 already when everyone knows the release date isnt until the 10th.

Unless you have evidence that it is a pirate copy then I wouldnt bother.There are loads of people who have a legitimate copy of the game due to some online retailers posting them out early.

If I could prove it is a legal copy the person who sold it can be in serious trouble for breaking street date. Trust me, Kmart where I live broke street date on a game recently, they have been fined and are not able to get games now for at least two weeks after release date. Just pisses me off, that people can get it now while the rest of us have to wait.

If its not a pirated copy,chances are that its been sold to them by an independant games retailer or an online retailer.
Im in Scotland and if any high street shops break the release date then they get heavily fined as you say,but if an online store sends it out a few days early they seem to get away with it.
There are loads of people on the UK forums with genuine copies already,I wouldnt report the person unless you are sure they have a pirated version of the game.Use this link:

Breebie, oncentrate on your own gaming, instead of others. There is enough drama going around with people who are getting banned for doing nothing wrong, without whinging whining narc's jealous cuz they havent gotten something someone else has.
