Anyone watched the babysitter episode? Can't wait to see the machina episodes like Appleseed/Vexille Are these episodes available anywhere on DVD?

They are all going to be released together, in the same package, aka "Halo Legends"
I've found a few websites saying 9th Febuary next year on blu-ray/DVD, so there you go.

There will also be a 2 disc special edition with extra halo junk and the blu-ray version will have even more extras on top of that.

New : Halo Anime Sneak Peak

I thought it was a pretty good anime. It's not as detailed in it's animation as others, but in all honesty, it doesn't feel like it's from the Halo universe. Feels totally different, like it is a totally unique series. It was a bit slow I'll admit, and the story kind of just drops you into the middle without really introducing the characters and whatnot, but overall I found it very enjoyable. It gave me a trigun vibe for some reason

Yeah, this will be pretty much the same as the AniMatrix. Though I didn't mind the lack of detail, it didn't feel like Halo. That O'Brian guy kept starring at sh!t. Like when he stepped on the twig or was about to fall or whatever. Just a bunch of starring. A real ODST would just shoot crap, stare later. I'm really looking forward to the Ghost in the Shell type ones. They'll be good.

Also a better reaction out of the Brutes/Elites at the end would have been better. There reaction was like someone told them "no dinner for you tonight". More could have been done there since you-know-who got you-know-what'd. (keepin it spoiler free).

Another thing I want to now is how canon this is. I mean,            [SPOILERS] the spartan is a totally new spartan character I think. I've read almost all the books, and they have a full roster list of spartans, and I'm pretty sure KAL or whatever her name is wasn't part of the original spartan II's on that roster. [END SPOILERS]

Bones and Production IG are the "elite" anime studios, wait till you see theirs before you judge. Toei, the guys who made 'The babysitter' are the guys who animated dragon ball z, so you can see their style coming through.

You've got yourself confused there. According to this page - Halo Legends. Studio 4˚C are the ones who made 'the baby sitter' and is 'canon'. Toei are making 'odd one out' which is described as "A non-canon and satirical interpretation of the Halo universe featuring Spartan-1337."

Can't wait to see how they all turn out next year!
