hey guys, i have a very annoying problem. basically when im playing every now and again for no paticular reason my controller will disconnect, even if i have put brand new batteries on, any idea what it is and how it can be fixed?

it might be a short in the controller or in the battery pack. i did a trouble shoot before i send it in, if you have a old controller swap battery packs if the other battaery pack works then it is just a battery pack malfunction you can just use that one. You will still have to send in the controller so they can give you a brand new battery pack. This happened to me when my controller refuse to cut on.
