I have the "older" style wireless headset that plugs into the wall outlet to charge. I can be speaking to a firend than then it just goes dead. The indicator lights start blinking and then a few seconds later I'm fine again. this happens randomly. Anyone know why? the mic is about 10 ft fromt eh console with no RF issues, always is on charger when not in use, and no otehr wireless accessories ( controllers guitars/drums) experience this issue. Thanks

does anyone from xbox read these or are they just as clueless as their cusomer support?

I have this EXACT same issue with 2 wireless headsets... always dropping in and out. Just purchased a new COD:MW2 Xbox bundle and thought that might solve the problem...

NOPE! Still same old issues with both headsets. Would love to find a way to get these to work properly because every time I'm in the middle of a conversation my mic just goes and cuts right out!!! REALLY ANNOYING!

You could try to do the connection setup again. Other than that, I don't have a clue.

And a note: I don't think it's a good idea to have your headset constantly charged. Batteries aren't very fond of that and generally it's good that a battery empties now and then. You will hear a sound when it's time to charge the headset. (Similar to the blinking RoL on your controller.)

well....i have noticed that whenever i get a text message or a phone call on my mobile i loose signall so it could be that! but if not im sorry i have no idea :(

Mine has the same problem but its really not that big of a Deal, just wait for it to reconnect.

 You can also trying sitting closer to the xbox, and make sure there is nothing electrical in the path

This also happens with wireless internet. Its basically just interference from electrics in your home like microwaves and ***.

Seems like MS won't touch this one. No wireless in this room ( basement game room), just a universal remote for tv/home theater. No cells, no home phones nothing to bother me while gaming. I can't set any close or else I'de be on the console.. it's not too far away. 7-8 ft and clear path line of sight. It's under warranty.. I'll just return it and keep doiung so every 88 days
