Let me explain. I am starting this game, and I am about an hour or so into it. In the top right corner of my screen during gameplay, there is a bright white glowing symbol, like a little bullseye or something. It is really annoying. I have looked in the manual, nothing. I have looked in forums, google, ect. Also tried every button and button combo and menu on the controller. Clearly I am missing something here, the thing is big, bright and glowing. - it must mean something, or go away somehow!

Can anybody please tell me what this thing is, and how I can get rid of it?
