Hello, I just bought another 360. One for game room and one for living room. The one in the living room is for netflix and marketplace movies. Will I need to create a new account and pay for xbox live twice over? Thanks

No. If you have a memory card, then you can move your profile to it and plug it into the console you want to use.

You could also do the same with one hard drive, but the memory card is the recommended option.

In that case, yes. Your wife will need her own Gold account. A profile can only exist on one console at a time.
