Hi, I have a problem. I created an account with the gamertag Blakopz, but for some reason (I'm sure I put down Canada) it set my country to South Africa. I can't login with this account (presumably because it's expecting me to be in South Africa, which I am not) so I made another account and this time set it to Canada. Now, I want to play with the gamertag BlakopZ but I can't because the only way to change it is if I can log in as BlakopZ, change the name, and then change my other account name to BlakopZ. But since I can't log in to Live with this account, there's no way to change it.

Is there a way to either
a)change my country or
b)delete this account so I can change the username on my other account?
