I pay for my xbox live gold just like everybody, and I'm tired of playing games with people that use lag switches. I file complaints, It makes no difference they are still taking the fun out of playing games away from me and everybody else. I would like to know what steps are being taken to stop these people? Thanks

Your connection may be the problem.

down is 12.81 mb/s  up is 1.24 mb/s  ping is 43ms  and my line quality is A.  It is going on in alot of different games, "look at my played games"and I'm not the only one who can see this happen, cause most of the time I'm in a party and we all see it. One min they are there and the next they are behind you. sorry if you don't belive me, but it happens.

Yes there is.  It's a well known form of cheating that has been rampant in some games on Live.

No there are lag switches if you notice one or two people that stick together and tend to start lagging when under fire and nobody else is lagging they have lag switches especially if they are high ranked and no life.
