I have an issue with my account on Xbox Live. First of all, I signed up with a child account when I first got Live because my dad set it up. Now I am old enough for a adult account and I need to change it. My problem is that there is a promote button that appears in account management when my email is 18 or older, but there is no date set for either of my emails (parent email and Windows Live ID). So my question is, how do I create a date for these emails that I created so I can change my account to an adult one.
