Did Bungie completely remove the Katana Chest piece and the Security Helm?

I had all 7/7 Chest and was unsing the Katana Chest and Security Helm and now there is only 6/6 Chest with no Katana and the slot in the list of helms where the Security helm should be is now Locked.

WTF?!

Edit: My friend Foley Complex still has his Security Armor and Katana Chest...Not even showing up on mine.
