i cant remember exactly what it was called but there was an rpg for super nintendo which was amazing. it ended at the end of the frieze saga/super saiyan vegeta fight. but it was the best, im pretty sure it was a japan only rpg but u can download the rom in english if ur smart with the goolge machine

I played that one too, is it the one where you get cards with more dots the better etc. That is a really good game!

I think you are reffering to the one where you start off looking for raditz, and you can fly, etc. The battle system using cards in a unique way right? I forgot what it was called. I think it was called something like legend of saiyan. Anyways, I really enjoyed it, never really played all the way through.


But the very best dragonball z games in my opinion. Were the ones on the game boy advanced. Legacy of goku I & II, and Buu's Fury. Those were really really fun.

Well if u ask me i would say BT3 its a more developed version for PS2 and Burst Limit is the first game for 360, but if you give Burst Limit series about two to three more games it'll be the best but for present time BT3 is the best!

I have never played Burst limit. But from the looks of it, they are off to a great start. Just as you said a few more of that title will make a great Dragon Ball Z game. The only problem is, the constant small little upgrades are annoying. Hopefully they will get it perfect the next time around, rather than make three of that series. Also, that new ps2 exlusive looks like one great Dragon Ball Z game. I think they finally got it right this time.

Good old Budikai 3 is my favorite !

very well balanced fighting system

lots of battle strategies

good selection of characters

easy to learn

not too cheap as long as no one used the revival skills

 

The tenkai games seemed kinda complicated and very easy to be cheap in

 

Burst Limit (from what I can guess because I just read reviews and plyed the demo) has a great fighting system,graphics, and reliable story line, but stops at the end of the cell saga .... that's why I'm going to wait for Burst Limit 2 where I hope will be more exanded

Budokai 3 was my favorite hands down. I hated the tenkaichi games. I played probably about 7 games. All 3 budokais, a couple GBA games,  Final Bout, and one more i think. I liked Budokai 3the best. Amazing fighting system and story mode.

There was one a long time ago for Ps1 I believe where you could control 3 characters at a time, so it was 3v3 flying and what not, I think it was an import. Does anyone know which I'm talking about?

They have a game out called Battle Stadium D.O.N. for PS2 (Import) that has the characters from Naruto, One Piece & Dragon Ball Z and is basically Super Smash Bros. but with anime characters. Looks pretty cool.
