Okay my GT is (or should I say was) SambinoNYC It was banned for playing Forza early which I fullly accept and take responsibility for...1 problem when it was banned the profile was saved to a memory card not a HD and after being banned it (the actual profile save) came up as broken data...BIG PROBLEM--->Since my account is banned and it wont let me log into live there is no way I can recover my profile...MEANING 4 Years worth of buying content from you is now useless...check my purchase history...over 280 items...I don't care if u ban me from LIVE but is it fair that u basically made everything on my Hard Drive that I PURCHASED from you useless...further my friend was telling me they were unbanning profiles so i tried to log in with it on xbox.com yesterday and low and behold it allowed me to log in I could look at my profile friends online messages and everything else but still couldnt  recover my gamertag...so I calle 800-4MY-XBOX...and they guy tells me there are no more suspensions on my account and it wont let me recover my profile because I have to make a payment and my autmatic renewal declined...soooo...I went and bought a $20 3 month membership card at best buy...he told me my acvcount was ready to accept the redeem code on xbox.com...and after that I would be able to recover my gamertag...I put in the code , it said code accepted, and I viewed my account status it showed me current until 2-8-10 (all this on xbox.com) then went to try and recover my gamertag again, still a no go, but after the payment I was never allowed to sign back into xbox.com again, it just gives me the your account has been suspended from xbox live message, So 1. Why would you let me log into xbox.com to waste $20 renewing just to be banned again? 2. Now that I have redeemed this code and the card is useless can u provide me a new code to use on a new account for the 3 months I just paid for and will never be able to use? and 3. Is there ANY way I can recover this gamertag back to my xbox...PLEASE!!! If you can just remove the suspension for 15 minutes just so I can recover my GT then ban me again for ever...I LOST EVERYTHING...LOVE XBOX Please help...

You will want to post a new topic here. Not entirely sure what happened to you, but it sounds like you have an account suspension rather than a console ban. Try explaining yourself a little clearer in the correct thread, and I am sure some one from the XBL PET will help you.

All you need to do is update your credit card info by calling support to pay off the amount owing. Once paid you will get the remainder of what is left on the membership plus the live card.
