Hi, thanks for all the info, but none of the pinned forums seem to work anymore. I'm looking for info or tips on what sort of armour variants are available for Halo 3, Saw some pretty sick armour online last night and wanted to know how it was acquired. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks

Yeah the catch skull was being a pain in the *** for me too, I had to complete the game on normal and then went back in on my own, was previously trying to get it before I had finished the campaign and when I was with a mate but it wouldnt have it. Thats how I got it. Got all skulls now thank god !!

I have done some digging and found that after completing the campaign on all levels I have quite a few unlocked already. Just check in your appearance settings to see what parts you have unlocked. A lot of them are unlocked online as well. The halo 3 guide that can be bought from shops gives a bit of info. When I checked to see what I had I already had quite a good selection so I'm happy. Just need to get my online exp up a bit as I havent done many ranked matches lately.

I had the same problem with the Catch skull, it was infuriating. It should be fairly easy to find, its the first outside area with ghosts, wraith tanks, (should be 2) The guides I found say that as long as you leave the wraiths alone and are playing on normal or higher then it will be there. But it was never for there for me and my friend. So we completed the campaign and I went back in on my own one evening, I ignored every enemy, went straight for the silo and it was there. So give that a try mate. Thanks

Yeah it was a right pain, but after completing it on Legendary normal just isnt that challenging anymore lol!! So yeah I went back and ran straight for the silo after finishing the campaign and it was there. I kept trying to do it by killing everyone except the wraiths but it just wasnt there. I reckon its on some kind of time limit maybe. Beats me!! But I got it in the end. Thanks
