CrazyCougar, how does the retail version compare with the MP Demo? 

The demo is just a sampling of whats in store in the retail version. Many more vehicles and larger maps are 2 of the obvious changes you will see. But all in all, you have a feel for what the gameplay is all about from the MP demo.

Can you still open up a private match (16 players)? 

Private matches are available for up to 16 player. 

How are the lobbies set up, same as the MP Demo?

Everything is pretty much the same as the demo. Didnt get much opportunity to play MP online on their test servers as there werent many people online. But the private match setup I played around with and it was prettu much the same setup.

Any additional communication abilities, like Squad Leader Chat and Proximity Chat?

Every squad formed gets their own VoIP chat channel. You can communicate with squad members without the hassle of trying to talk over non squad members in the game. No more trying to talk over the singing or screaming 10 year old.

I read your review, cougar, and although I love this game, I must admit your review seemed extremely biased.  I saw many positive things, and absolutely no criticism.  If I had read the review out of context, I would have thought it was taken straight from the game's official website!  If it is a good game, treat it as one, but all games have bad aspects, and based on your review, I would have thought you would have given this game a 9.5!

Don't Panic

Hey Cougar, only one question for you.  When you look at the dedicated servers in the server list can you tell me if they default to auto team balance on or off?

I'm holding off picking up the game until they are on because to many matches turn into 25 vs 7.
