The first players jersey I wore was Jim the "punky qb" McMahon's.  I used his nickname as my gamertag because after he won the superbowl with Green Bay as a backup to Farve and the team went to the White House Jim wore his Bears jersey instead of the GB one.  That was one of the funniest things he could have done and I bet it made the Packers mad.

i was a little boy can't kill me for it lol.

the one i wear the most now though is my vick jersey from falcons. i wear it to bed tho lol.

Steve Young - I bought mine right after the Super Bowl SF vs SD. OK it sounds like I was jumping on the bandwagon but he was my favorite since he was backing up Joe Montana plus he's lefty like me. For 4 years I wore it out. I still have it, its in tatters.

ha I am glad to hear that because I am a diehard bears fan and I bought a randy moss jersey his first year because he was such a beast.  I got a ton of crap for that and I still do.
