I played through my first time on Extreme, just to get it out of the way. It was a frustrating, nail-biting experience, but ultimately rewarding. I found that completing one of the secondary missions, as well as getting the suit-specific achievements, were too difficult, so I had a second through on easy to get them. I'll tell you what, playing on easy after playing extreme is an absolute cake-walk, and a hell of a lot more fun, but I do not regreat taking on the game on it's hardest difficulty.

got it formidable was pretty easy to me all u really have 2 do is find little things to exploit on all the boards and trust me they're there just waiting to be exploited

Easy? Don't be silly.

Finding something to exploit can be difficult. For example, it took me a long time to figure out in the battleship/submarine level had a mound that you could avoid most fire from during the final battle.

Yes, once discovered it's merely an issue of them working that exploit to the maximum effect. For example, allowing myself to leap up into the air for only long enough to let go of my charged energy beam, before dropping down behind the mound again. However some exploits require pinpoint accuracy, and lotys of repetition, and so they are not necessarily easy. But I do like the peace of mind one gets when they discover a tactic that should work, when everything else has failed.

I completed my first play through on Formidable, so I had the disavantage of not being familiar with the levels, but it's still rather hard regardless.

the mound works better if u stay to the side of it and hover like a foot of the deck the gun will never ever shoot and u can switch ur power 2 weapons and hit the middle with no problem. also its common sense but in the heat of the battle most ppl dont realize u could go to any hole that the sub came from previously by the bases instead of having the destroyer ship right next 2 u at the end violating u with all there guns. to me it was easy there were boards that took me a couple try but everything that was supposed 2 b hard wasnt. i beat titanium man on the artic mission without comin close 2 losing a life and on defense i beat him b4 his 2nd recharge and iron monger i didnt come close to dying til i had 2 do that drop in grapple stupidity

None of what you said qualifies the game, on the hardest difficulty, as easy. No way. You are simply talking rubbish. It is a hard game that requires trial and error and lots of repetition. Whilst I would agree with you if you said the game was "not impossible" or "not as hard as you might think", there is NO way you can say it is easy.

Oh and please use punctuation. It's very hard to figure out what you're trying to say.

pretty easy 2 me. i do admit there are a couple bored that i had to do over a couple times but i beat it in 3 days and it took me that long bcuz i had to go 2 work. i guess different ppl r good at different games. i cant beat street fighter on very easy (enbarassing). i beat the game on easy 1st 2 get all the other achievements so i pretty much knew where everything was and what 2 exploit ahead of time. maybe thats y it was so easy for me.      

i used periods. do u want commas too? or maybe capital letters 2 start every sentence

I HATE THIS GAME!!!! the last boss took me like 3 hrs.... if forgot i had a Y button.... i went though the ENTIRE game without the Y button... i pressed it then noticed that missiles shot out and im like ....your kidding me... got the 1k FINALLY!!!
