same thing .. 6th time back .. i really suggest calling this number and letting them know if it freezes

Have any of you with the freezing problem tried your disc on a friend's 360, whose own copy works?

This would be an easy way of determining if our problem arises from bad discs.

I play franchise exclusively, and mine has froze 8 times in the middle of games. Also, EVERY SINGLE TIME that I try to upload the draft class from NCAA 09. (4 Times) lets see, thats 12 times. Its not a bad disc, or my console. 2 of those times were on my friends console. AND last night at a release party, it froze up at Gamestop on us in the middle of a game. THIS is rediculous. Are they able to patch it up or what.

i've tried playin it twice since i got it. and it frezzes on me during a regular game. i'm try to play it agian in a few. dis is sum bullsh*t

Yeah I hear you.  I have yet to complete a game after 10 or so attempts... both online and offline.

Hopefully they get it fixed. Right now, im thinking its only the collecters edition.

btw where did u guys get ur copy from. i got mines from radio shack. i'm not f*cking wit them no more.( i  usally get my games from target, gamespot, and etc.) i only went there because it was da closet spot dat sold games.

mine freezes too and its a may 08 xbox

I got mine from a Gamestop in Queens, NY.  Many people on this thread have already exchanged their copies for other ones and still experience the problem... so it doesn't look like it's the cause of a "bad batch" of discs...

I rented mine, i'm in FL. This has been an issue with EA for a long time, going back to the original XBOX.

Do they ever fix the problem, or is my sole remedy to get my money back under their warranty?

does everyone in here have the anniversary edition? I didn't get the anniversary edition and mine has been playing fine,already played through 5 games straight.

No... people here have the regular edition as well.

Wow. I feel lucky because I havn't had any problems other than slight lag on online. I've played 4 franchise games, 2 play nows, and 2 online. Hopefully mine keeps up it's good work.

My Madden is workin fine. I played a couple of games and i havent experienced any of this.

The game froze with 2 minutes left to go. I can play Bad Company all day but Madden can't last 30-45 mins?

i feel very lucky too havent had a single problem, other than getting the game outta the elaborate casing lol, but thats not a big problem

Go complete this servey for EA Sports if your game is freezing. It helps them out.

ship it to xbox in texas call em up and they will send you a box and they  also pay for shipping toke me 2 weeks to get it back but its worth it mine works great..its not the game its your console point blank

Mine also has froze more than a couple of times!!!!

    Mine froze after playing it for 10 minutes, then didnt freeze again and I played it for about 4 hours.. Dunno what to say.
