Yep, 2 times online, then I just decided to try it offline, and now I can't get the "Digital Man" achievement because some how there's one shop item I didn't get (from the P.L.A.V). I reloaded some previous saves and there's no challange (from my saves) that will unlock it... =/

I got the "Holy smoke" achievment by accident. I was just running, didn't throw a grenade or use any kind of explosive weapon, I hear an explosion behind me and the achievment popped up.

Some thing that I have found out is for Be quick or be dead 10G Snipe 50 enemy vehcile drivers Does NOT! have to be VZ. I did it with Hostile P.L.A.V troops/drivers.

For you guys going for "Aces High" note that you must choose to side with the allies in the battle for Caracas. That is the only way you can keep Solano alive (he needs to be kept alive as he counts as an HVT). If you choose the the Chinese you will kill Solano. So if you saved every single HVT and then side with the Chinese, well, time to find an earlier save.

Also, if you are having trouble with the "...and justice for all achievement" clear your cache then go and beat Solano (I did it first with China which cost me Aces High) without the update and it should unlock (did for me anyway).

do i need to capture blanco carmona and the other main story htvs to get aces high

Yes. You need to capture them all alive. Then in the final showdown with Solano when you hijack his chopper instead of jumping out and leaving him to die your merc will throw him over his shoulder and jump out (provided you captured everyone alive up to that point). Then you will see a scene with your merc holding Solano up by his collar. When it goes to the loading screen after that, pop, "Achievement unlocked- Aces High". I personally couldn't get the ending where you capture Solano while I was doing the Chinese mission but when I reloaded a save before the battle of caracas (to unlock all shop items, ect) I went and sided with the Allies and got that ending and popped the achievement  (and Digital man). Hope this helps.

Ah yes, finally got my "digital man" achievement . Now I can finally stop complaining.

Ok well I sided with the allies and in the cutscene I shot solano with a pistol and hopped out of the helo. What way saves him again?

You have to have captured everyone up to that point. If you did that you will see a different ending where your merc throws Solano over his shoulder, jumps outta the chopper and then holds Solano up by his collar.

It says i have all 55 hvts but i dont have one for china is the because i sided with the americans to kill peng and joice never died? I redid it so i have a save before caracas with every other story mission done and all hvts as i can see but still it says 10/11 for both an and china and 2/3 for pmc.

 

adding on to that it says my total is 53/55.

When in doubt, google

You need to play through the game twice I think, once taking the AN side, and the second taking the Chinese. Or, you might have finished the game before doing all the HVTs. I think finishing the game locks HVTs.

I don't see how you don't have all of the HVTs for at least AN. I have gotten all of them, and only have Chinas left to get. I have 11/11 for AN though so you should be able to get all of them as well.
