I dinged 51 with my PUP last night and got enough skill ups for Serenade (my auto) to learn new weaponskills for her.

Got level 51 tanking for a party.  I was the only tank and was bouncing hate back and forth between Serenade and I.  It was really stressful but fun.  We were getting exp incredibly fast and no one died on my watch!

Just goes to show the versatility of puppetmasters.

I got bored, and a friend was doing Fields of Valor, so I was like, meh sure. I kinda want to, at least, get SMN to 37, tho I suppose as a /subjob it is pretty useless...since the avatars are only lvl 37 at most, assuming I manage to get smn magic capped, lol.

Fields of Valor is pretty nice though, whomp things at your own pace and get a decent amount of exp. Is it efficient? Nah, not really, but at least you can fart around at your own pace. I’ll prolly start a topic on it.

got a few more lvls in SMN, then farted around with SAM for a bit, cus I think in Dmg output disired situations, it would be nice as sub for bst, examples: Campaign battle, when I am partied with a healer., or duoing with a healer.

Ding - WAR 1-7  Soloing the early levels is a lot easier than I remember.....

Got 7 levels in just about an hour.  Feels more productive than doing the same repetitive stuff for an hour for half a level on BRD.

I'm sure I'll die my fair share of times, but I'm kinda looking forward to the Dunes lol

BTW, ownz, I agree, lowbie leveling is ALOT faster than it was. Especially if you do the FoV book things.

one could easily solo to 30 no problem that way. Now, sure past level 10 it does sorta slow down, but it is good if you only have a hour er so to play...or can’t find a party.

I say get to 15ish that way, so you skip the pain in the butt dunes levels (10-15~)

Fastest Exp in the game has to be 4 BLM/SCH 61 in Vunklar Outlet killing giga's tiger.  I wonder if 3 would work but still @ 61 you get 300 exp per kill.  Parsimloy + Alarchery --> Burst x2 The other 2 Blms Thunder II --> Stun --> Aero III.  Have gotten chian 5 almost every time.  That is 300~450 Exp.  Takes about 8~9 mins to get 2295 exp per chain cycle.  We had group A and Group B  A burst B thunder ii chain 0,2,4 B burst A thunder ii 1,3,5.

If you can time it correctly you can get 16,065 Exp in 1 Hour no rings. @ 61

Campaigned about 6k,. was 2k from lvl and decided to blm/bst solo the crabs in vunkrel inlet.
got to 1k left,and campagin battle started.
Got 900 exp in the battle....>< 100 TNL!!!
so I soloed two more crabs with my pet pugil.

And now to cap magics, since I’m behind two levels.

I am COR/RNG. Personally, I think /NIN is a waste of time for Corsair. I have it for when I'm pulling and stuff, but otherwise, /RNG is a WAY better choice for COR.

I'm going to say I spent at LEAST a few million gil on leveling. The dice alone costs 653,731 gil altogether.
