i'd like to know what you're doing that i'm not with the rankings counting - if ANY player in a ranked game drops to a computer player, that game a) doesn't score as a ranked match for me, win or loss, b) Doesn't count as a player match for me, win or loss, and c) doesn't count as a single player match for me, win or loss. I don't get it.

My experiance if 2 computer players come into a ranked match, a win dosn't count towards anything but a loss will count against your ranked stats.

I agree with this.  As long as 3/4 people finish the game, the ranking counts, from my experience.

THE PROBLEM DOES EXIST... AND BIG HUGE GAMES DOES NOTHING TO SOLVE IT. PLEASE MODERATORS, HELP US THE PLAYERS AGAINST THIS MULTIPLAYER PROBLEM THAT MAKES US VERY ANGER SOME TIMES

I haven't been able to finish a 3 player game with my friends in a long, long time.  I always get dropped, without any notification or error message, my friends replaced with AI players.  It happened again last night.

The BigHugeGames website doesn't have an email contact for support, but I will be emailing their "general inquiries" account at info@bighugegames.com to express my dissapointment in their product.  I encourage the rest of you to do the same.  Maybe together we can get them to pay attention for once!

ANY RESPONSE OF THIS MAIL?

Nope, I have had no response at all.

When game "hangs" during a play, clock stopped at 39 sec.for about a minute and a half. What should I do? I want both to have fun (not wait to have fun) and I want to maintain a good rep/relation with other players ... Any suggestions?

Disconection still happens all the times... and I've tried the "portforwarding" tip mentioned in another thread, but no clean results with that.

Last nigth was one of my worse nigth ever on Catan. I was able to complete only one game trought-out an hour and a half of play. I've notice that the connection seems to be more stable when I am hosting the game, though.

Does anybody knows if hosting or not the game can have that kind of impact?

Last nigth score: 11 tries, one full game played....

I haven't been able to get a single game tonight.  Anyone else have the same problem?

I've been having terrible problems lately.  I can't even get one game through the initial placement phase before someone drops out.  When one person does that it seems like everybody else just gives up and drops out too.  I thought the victory points would still count if there were 3 humans still in the game.

I'd just like to add... same crap for me. First try at a ranked match, about 20min into it I got dropped. Microsoft? Hello?

I've been getting a ton of "network connection lost" errors over the past few days.  Bummer.

Yeah I have problems with connection all the time, too bad Big Huge Games got shut down (today actually), so I doubt you will see any fixes.
