I think it would be cool to have an Oblivion type game that utilizes the Project Natal.  And to expand on that it would be great if it was a MMORPG(but free).  Even if it was free to play online the game and use microtransactions to buy stuff for your character.

A rockband/guitar game that recognizes the motion of your hands to strum and play notes. Or an card/board based arcade game that allows you to interact with the environment. For example if I was playing chess I would move my hand to grasp the chess piece and make a move using the motion sensing.

- Magic: The Gathering. It would be so cool to tap cards with Natal!

- Family Feud. Sure there's already one out but with Natal you can answer questions with the voice recognition and play against other families.

- Harry Potter Quidditch. Do I really have to explain what the game would be about? Really?

Shenmue unique FREE system would be really interesting on the Natal system.
Like opening drawers,opening doors,QTE,Mini games like darts,QTE title , Making phone calls in the game,Buying drinks at the soda machine(Selecting the drink you want),Buying toy capsule games there many other hundreds possibility for natal in Shenmue.

they should make a game where your a fireman and you put out different types of fires on different levels. itd b cool to actually act like your holding the hose and such.

I could see a game, however, where you'd be required to replicate the jumping/spinning/dancing moves of an on-screen character.  Maybe even a game that teaches you to dance & gives you feedback on your performance by watching you do the moves.
