I just registered it on Xbox and see that my Warrenty expires on May 13th 2009!

Xbox said they will extend my warranty to be 1 year (which is all fine and dandy) but I contacted the strore where I got it from and want to return it to get a new one... They are researching this to see if they can do that...

Perhaps I will get lucky and be able to get one with the new bundle...


Anyway ... just some info but wondered if anyone has seen this type of crap.

lol, it's probably a refurb.

they are going to send you a different xbox back that had been refurbished if you remember your xbox serial number from the xbox you sent out i might want to check what your serial number is now.

once repaired they give you a 90day warranty +1 month live _most people think they get a 3 year warranty with it but they don't they fix it free if you purchased the xbox less then 3 years.

85% of the refurbish xbox's you get back will have to be fixed again since they don't work put the right hardware into them as what they should put in.
