Seems like Athrazal makes new enemies every time he posts.

Since he attacks everyone who disagrees with him it's not very hard to dislike him.

My first Argonian's name was Hides-His-Hands as a play on the numerous Hides-His/Her-[Insert Noun Here] names in the game, he was also a stealth character so the name applied to him well.

I don't attack you all for generally disagreeing. I sometimes bite back when I note how vitriolicly you all tend to attack those who disagree with positions you have taken. . . if the new definition of attacking translates to not capitulating every time someone says "your idea is garbage" well, then, I suppose I will accept the charge. But. . . whatever. And Enemies death? Dissenting opinions on a game forum qualifies as enemy material now? Fascinating.

I'm going off the fact not very many people, if any, around here appear to like you. Take that as you will, I'd wear it like a badge of honor. =P

Lol, I just imagined a sitcom where Arthazal moved to death's neighbourhood. No wait next door neighbours, that'd get some ratings.

Fable 2 could've been so much better. The 3rd person only perspective allowed for the game to work. Elderscrolls games, (starting with Morrowind) play on a 1st and 3rd person view, making it more challenging.

A good portion of people also believe that TES V will not have any multiplayer aspects to it. Oblivion has brought a lot of casual gamers, and these gamers are used to having casual features like multiplayer incorporated with their average slice of pizza.

I doubt we'll see anything until next year. They are releasing some TES novels this Fall, so perhaps those can give us some sort of insight as to what the next game will be all about.

I'd like to see better artifacts come back as well. I wasn't too happy about the lack of unique heavy armor in Oblivion. I really hope I get Lord's Mail, Ebony Mail or Dragonbone back.

yes it could have. And NO the next elder scrolls game doesnt need co-op.TES novels I think I might actually read a book this year lolz. What they need is to put spears back into the game so that I can poke people with them(poke, poke)Smile [:)].And the daedric crescent

Re: What they NEED for the next The Elder Scrolls...
Before I played Oblivion I could have cared less for a multiplayer option. However since Oblivion came out 2 of my friends have become huge fans of the game. I would love to be able to sit at home, get on Xbox Live and go meet my friend. Even if I can only do multiplayer via System Link or smthn. Single Console Multiplayer, IDK the world is huge and quite honestly I've spent hours running around just doing nothing, not very exciting when theres someone sitting next to you. But it'd be nice. Considering in game once you become leader of Guilds like the Dark Brotherhood you can have ppl follow you are around and fight with you. The only problem is THEY SUCK! They really just get in the way. It might be a bit of a challenge if multiplayer is over Xbox Live because the world is huge. I suppose a Bethesda server would handle the random spawns of monsters so both players would see the same ones. And like me and my friends all use the Bruma house for storage. It'd be cool if those particular chests had the items specific to that character.. But seeing as how the game is geared around having a single person playing your never really overwhelmed with quests where you have to fight. So there is no need for others to b present when questing, other than its just really nice company. And its be EPIC to see my friends running around my world in their armors...

I think enchanting should be returned to being a skill like it was in Morrowind (the first elder scrolls game i played) I loved ranking up my enchanting skill to 100 and being able to do some cool enchants. I think robes and certain clothing should b able to stack on top of arm. I like glass armor for the stats but I hate how it looks. b nice to b able cover it up with some clothes that i like.

i just miss the land of morrowind. i want to be able to return.. lol
How insane that's crazy.

Co-op would be super *** and would ruin the experience of what the elder scrolls is all about. If the next elder scrolls has co-op or is a mmorpg I would be both extremely shocked and very disappointed. If it’s a mmorpg I will flat out not buy the game. If it has co-op I will never play it. Look at Fable 2. The co-op was absolute garbage. If Bethesda were to do some sort of co-op, that would divert focus away from making the main part of the game really great. And in terms of what I want to see in the next game, I would like improved combat in every area (fighting, spells, arrows) and I want to see maybe some sort of animal companion, like a wolf or bear. Also I want to be able to get all the unique items and artifacts in the elder scrolls lore, not just some of them as was the case in Oblivion.

I think the only thing they need to change is the leveling system. Use Fallout 3s leveling system, minus the perks. Oh yeah, and absolutely no MP at all. Some games are best left SP. Elder Scrolls are those games.

to everyone who says they wont buy it when its co-op, think about this : you CAN play co-op, you dont HAVE TO. if there are a few people that like co-op, let them play co-op. just like in fable 2, it was garbage. but you just go to option screen and disable seeing other people, and then it isn't co-op anymore, just a single player game. i mean, they can't make the game that you HAVE to play with 2 or more people, so whats the problem?

Why does everyone just assume it will be crappy? I have faith in Bathesda, If they add co-op I trust it will not deter from the greatness. It's not like they're Peter M and overhype their games to be made by God.

Because Bethseda doesn't have infinite time and money to create the next TES game.

So, in order to cram the development and coding of a Co-op system into their game, time and money will have to be diverted from other areas. So hence why we'll get a watered down Co-op within a water-down game.
