One small question.Does it matter what difficulty the game is on or can you unlock the achievements regardless of what the difficulty level is.

You can get it on easy mode and make sure you don't use cheats.

I still seem to be missing 3 secret achievements. I know I am missing "Trash talker" but what other 2 am I missing? 

1. A Brighter Future: 80G - Defeated the Ultor Coporation epilogue
2. Vengeance: 15G - Exacted revenge on Julius
3. Going The Distance: 5G - Threw someone a long, long way
4. Love Thy Neighbour: 5G - Grabbed 50 human shields
5. Aww Nuts!: 5G - Hit 100 lifetime nut shots
6. Trash Talker: 5G - Taunt 50 Gang Members
7. Soprano: 10G - Sung along to the radio
8. Stilwater Welcoming Commitee: 5G - Mugged 50 citizens of Stilwater
9. Still Addicted To Tha Row: 20G - Play Saints Row 2 in single player or co-op for a combined 50 hours
10. I'm Not Addicted!: 5G - Gambled $500,000 total lifetime

Or did they add 2 new secret achievements for the new DLC coming out tomorrow?

If i join my friend's match that is using cheats and create a new game for cheats only, then I play alone on a different file just for missions without cheats, do I get achievements?

   You will not earn Achievements on a safe file which has used cheats or joined a player who has used cheats - and then this time playing was safed.

   If you create a new safe file, which hasn't been used to play with cheats or play someone who is using cheats, it should be good for unlocking Achievements.

one other thing to do Joe is set your online to invite only.It's in the options screen when you pause the game.This will prevent any unwelcome guests.

So the nut shot achievement has to be unlocked in a mission or activity? Because I have 99 nut shots and I've already completed all activities and missions. I tried going to the newspaper in my house and replaying missions and doing the nut shots, but they didnt count. What should I do?

I don't know it it works but the first thing that came to mind was re-doing an activity where rival gang members appear.

Sorry for the late notice, but I will be making a guide for the new achievements once I get them. Give it a couple weeks and I will download the new missions and get the achievements, then I will post the new achievements.

Oh Hello..

Well I will be updating this sometime soon based on someone else. I no longer have/play my Xbox 360 so I can't get it to you, but I have a buddy that will write it up and send it in for updating!
