What mistake did they make?
I think the mistakes they put in battlefield bad company was:
Only one helicopter in the game, They have appeared to of countered this by adding two aircrafts instead of one, and actaully aircraft on both sides. I think two aircrafts is a good idea because there is more of a chance to recieve aircrafts so there is no reason to team kill someone who gets an aircraft before you.
Adding more than one anti aircraft weapon per bases and generally more on the maps, to balance it out.
Taking away team killing as people like yourself exploit it.
I don't think one helicopter was a mistake, and you wouldn't either if you have ever played against a team that had a dominating helicopter pilot that never seems to go down, getting lots of kills, etc. Imagine going up against two, even if the other wasn't so great. Plus when you consider that on the maps that have helicopters, the artillery can wipe out the anti-aircraft gun with no problem. Plus the attackers get enough vehicles as it is I think. What they could have down however, is made the helicopter more usuable with a gun on either one or both sides that can be manned and I'm aware that BFBC2 will feature it (Or at least from what I've seen). But in terms of balance, one helicopter is enough.
So yeah... These be thine forums?
